Anyone else trying 2 -3 things per meal before your lo is happy? Man she is killing me lol. She is not eating her veggies or fruit lately so now I tried to sneak it in her other foods. This morning I spread baby food fruit on pancakes she refused them. Then put it in oatmeal refused that. So finally resorted to yogurt for breakfast. For lunch tried tiny pieces of cantelope in her cottage cheese she refused it. Then gave her plain cottage cheese cuz she normally likes it and she only took 2 bites. Tried pieces of apples nope. Then resorted to her normally chicken nugget. Oh tried the dried up fruit pieces and she spit them out . Help me!

My LO is sooo over the purees - I can't get her to eat any of it!  We are now just giving her solids - this is what she normally eats during the week:

For Breakfast - toast, ceral bars, pancakes or waffels or oatmeal with a fruit

For Lunch - diced carrots or green beans or like a Chef Boy-r-dee Spaghetti and meatball type thing, spaghetti-o's.

Dinner - She will get whatever we are eating - usually chicken and a veg and potato or rice

DD gets 2-3 things with each meal anyway.  She gets what I give and if she isn't much into it she drinks more of her bottle later.  DD only gets table food that she feeds herself. 

For example, her lunch in about 20 min will be a chorizo and rice dish I'm currently making for hubs and I as well (a little spicy) and a banana.

Our DD loses interest REAL fast if she's not feeding herself.  That has been the trick for us...spoon feed a little, then it goes on her tray!  Good luck!

Ryan will eat the purees, but he doesn't feel full after just one jar. If he doesn't like what I'm giving him for lunch or dinner I just give him a stage 3 green beans with rice, which he loves. Sometimes he's weird about rice and sometimes he loves it, so it's really nice when he spits the rice back out!
