Sorry if this has been posted recently, I haven't been on in a few days.

Edy's makes pumpkin ice cream, and it is A-MA-ZING. I had some last night and it is like soft creamy pumpkin pie... The texture and flavor are perfect.

OK... just thought I'd share!

its really good mixed w/ their apple pie ice cream, sounds weird,but it is sooo yummy together!

That sounds SO good.  I'd buy a container and stash it in the freezer for after LO comes and I can eat like a normal person, but I know MH would find it and polish it off, lol.

I almost bought the apple pie but I put it back... I was totally going to mix the two flavors. Now I'll have to go back to the grocery store. Thanks for the tip!

 Oooh!  A B&J size container would be easier to hide in the freezer than Edy's.  This could work.

I still need to track down the pumpkin pie Pop Tarts to stash away.   Someone told me they were at Target, but all my Targets have let me down.
