PP bleeding

So this has happened once before but it was closer to when LO was born. But I though my period was starting up because when I went there there would be blood. I had a few other symptoms so I thought...here we go. But now nothing. No blood, no symptoms. I did nothing that could have irritated the area. Anyone else?
