and it was pre-baby, what would you be doing the Sat night of Halloween?  I used to be a bit of a partier so I'd be decked out in a hot and fun costume, getting drunk at a local band venue.  I'd stay up all night and party. 

This year I'm at home with a fussy baby and tired husband.  Le sigh...

I love them dearly and can't wait for Livy's first Halloween.  But man, tonight I feel old.

I'd be out freezin my ass off in some skanky costume, partying it up with friends.  I thought I'd miss my wild days, but there's something to be said for "growing up" and hangin at home with the fam.  I really don't miss going out every weekend.  I do miss my girl's nights with my BFF sometimes, but really not as much as I thought I would.

Before I moved with DH, we'd be at a party with some friends or at the theater for Rocky Horror. 

However, once we moved and had no friends, we became just as lame as we are right now with a 6 month old.

We'd be out forsure tonight.  Most of our friends are doing a pub crawl in tonight.    Instead, we are watching The Garbage Pail Kids movie on Netflix and eating a pumpkin shaped pizza from Papa Murphys...which is just awesome for the diet.

Same here - fussy baby and all. Some of our friends invited us to a haunted hayride tonight but we didn't have a sitter since they invited us too late. MH has been asleep on the couch for hours. We are now in bed but I am tired but have had trouble falling asleep lately so I can't force myself to go to bed yet.

Yep.  I love that show.  It is so much fun to do.  My former husband had a big french maid thing, and I think it was because of that show.
