Cramps?

Did you all have what felt like AF cramps prior to your BFP?  If yes, did they feel totally different or the same and you were "sure" AF was coming?

I did. In fact, I still have them periodically now. I tested first at 11dpo and got a negative. I didn't test again until 16dpo (3 days late for me) because I continually felt like my period was coming any minute.

I had cramping and my face broke out just like every stinking month.  I took a test 6 days before expecting my period (like the box says) but got a neg.  I even spotted and thought I was having a really light period but then I was so tired.  Decided to test again and got a BFP!!!

Just goes to show you how waiting a week can change your test results!

Thanks!  At least that gives me hope that maybe I'm not out this month.  I feel like AF is going to start any second with these massive cramps, but I'm only 8dpo!  I've never felt cramps like this so early.  Maybe I'll POAS in a few days if it hasn't started...

Yep, mine started at about 7-8dpo and then my boobs were beginning to hurt then as well. It was similar symptoms but so much earlier. Good luck!

Yes, I had cramps like AF was coming. I actually thought there was no way I was pregnant. I test at 10 dpo got a faint line on a IC, but negative on a digital. Next morning at 11 dpo and got a bfp. Good luck!

I didn't have any cramps at all, which I thought was weird.. that's why I tested.  I have had a few cramps here and there now, though... not too bad - just random aches and pains.

Yes! They felt the same except they were like 9 days before my period was due. Sometimes I would get them like a week before but not 9 days. I even took ibuprofen for the pain. I had NO idea I was pregnant. So even though I had cramps, no period came and I got a BFP when I tested about a week after AF was late.

I got my BFP early at 9dpo, but after that I had AF-like cramps on and off for about a week.  If I hadn't known I was pregnant, I would have been popping Midol like crazy.  It was very unpleasant and felt exactly like the AF cramps I get on CD1.  After a week, though, the cramps went away.
