If you use flushable liners

How many do you go through per day?  How many do you wash and reuse (I know some of them are washable-reusable for a couple times at least)?  I just bought some from DS and am going to try them out, but I don't want to get addicted if I have to buy a new roll every couple of weeks ...

Re: If you use flushable liners

  • It really depends a lot on how often your kid poops. I think I've bought 5 packs of liners (200 per pkg, I think; Imse Vimse brand) since we started solids at 6 months (now 20 months old). In recent months we've been through a lot more liners than before because our son's habits have changed drastically. He used to have "poopy days" and we would flush 3-4 liners in one day but then he wouldn't poop again until a few days later. Now we flush 3-4 poopy liners every day and very few of them have the opportunity to get washed. I know we are able to wash/reuse liners 3+ times with the brand we use; assuming they don't end up flushed before they make it that far.
