Let's go for 4 - muscle spasms

For many years, I've had them in my neck and shoulders and around my shoulder blades.  It's mostly an annoying factor, it's constant and at times can hurt pretty bad.

I finally decided to see one of the docs at the office and I have C4,5, and 6 a little closer together than they should be.  She gave me some steroids in hopes of calming it down.  If that doesn't help, then an mri and probably epidural injections.  

Anyone have epidural injections?  It will be weird to get them and not come home with a baby.  Hahaha!!  (and yes, i know the epidural itself is just called that because it's the type of procedure with different meds)
