Lasagna question

Thursday evening, I prepared it in the baking dish and put it in the fridge.  Never cooked it.  I assume it will still be fine to cook???

I think so, but I would certainly bake it today.

Yeah, it will be fine. 

I would just let it sit at room temp for a short time before you cook it.

Yeah, it's in a pretty big dish - I let it sit for like 45 min before putting it in the oven.  It's not with any meat though, I put zucchini and squash in it.  My veggies aren't going to be gross, are they??

I usually buy the frozen veggie but can't find them anymore.
