I could figure out who to sue for the 40+ lbs I gained while pregnant, then I could get $17,500 like this guy!

McDonald's must pay obese employee

I just don't understand how it is McDonald's fault that this guy gained 65 lbs.? He was the one to eat the food. They didn't force feed him. I don't get how he thinks he is entitled to thousands of dollars.

    When I was in high school, I worked in fast food for 2 years.  Didn't gain a pound.  That guy's a greedy glutton!  That's 2 of the deadly sins, right there!

    I worked at a camp/conference center and we could eat whatever food, in any amount we wanted. But I was actually the skinniest ever from running my buns off serving food and cleaning up. I can't imagine gaining weight - I would have had to eat a TON.

    I know, mine too! I remember a book that I read in my basic law class saying we live in a litigious society (and this was in 2001) - ain't that the truth! Ridiculous.
