silly question re freezing bm

okay, so you`ve got bm in the fridge, right, and it`s separated, right--do you have to mix the two `levels` together before you freeze it?

Yep, if not the fat will stick to the bottle instead of coming out.  Shake and freeze.

Actually you shouldn't shake BM as it makes the antibodies break apart.  If you want to get the fat off the sides of the bottles you can run it under some water and swirl.

what if it`s in the bag i`m going to freeze it in? i put my morning pump in a bag in the fridge, then my afternoon in the same bag, then freeze it.
