does coughing mean i should stay home?

We'be been to the Dr. And she said he only has a cough. We had planned to go to Boo at the Zoo. Should we cancel or is it not that big of a deal?

    We took DS to the doctor 2 weeks ago for a cough. The doctor said we didn't have to keep him in. Fresh air will probably do him some good.

    if he doesn't have plegms (sp?) you might. DD was with cough last weekend and everything was fine until tuesday afternoon and she got fever and nasty plegms. :(. Hope Z won't get sick. GL **sorry for format, bumping from phone. **

    Thanks ladies. This is his first cough and I hope nothing else develops. The Dr didn't seem to be too worried. She even approved him for the flu shot.

    I'd still go.  As long as he seems relatively content he should be fine.  DD has had a cough/cold for about 3 weeks now and we've been out and about with her.
