Teething troubles

We can feel DS's two front teeth about to come in, and he's been very fussy the last 2 days. Last night was horrible. Even though we gave him Tylenol and Orajel as often as we could, he would still only sleep if I held him to my chest and rocked him. Needless to say I was up all night. Is there anything else to be done for nighttime teething? Or do you just need to get through it for a few nights?

    anxious to hear answers. the last 3 nights have been terrible here!!  she will sleep for about a half hour then wake up screaming. unless im holding her. not fun.

    I found that Advil worked better for DD's teething pain than tylenol did.  You could try that.
