We have an annual Halloween party, because DH and I are huge Halloween nerds. This year, I'll be dressing up as an Average Joes dodgeball player, and DH is going as a Chilean miner.
Anyone else letting their dork flag fly this Halloween?...or is it just me...
Re: Anyone dressing up this year?
Yes!
I am going as the Fey Queen. You know, the one that steals babies and doesn't have a face. My costume (as of this moment) still consists of a black knit dress, two yards of pink tulle, some wired ribbon, and gold glitter hairspray. Tomorrow is going to be fun, with Bun at work all day and me needing to be finished in time to take the kiddo to the Trunk or Treat by 4:30. O_O
We're going to a party tomorrow night, and Bun still hasn't decided what he's going to be. He works until 7pm, but the man is a costume genius, so I'm not worried about him. If worse comes to worse, he can throw on a suit and hat, and be one of the Blues Brothers. Lol.
Ugh. Couldn't you have tried at least a little? Geez. Easiest. costume. evar.
Anne: so, I'm going to have nightmares about your costume. Ferrealz.
Annice: you should go as a pregnancy don't: I'm thinking a Lady Gaga-esque lunch meat dress will do.
Lol, well Soko, I will technically still have a face; I'm making my own Mardi Gras-esque mask to help cover it, but obviously I won't be all that scary. Have you seen these cheeks? :P
When I'm at Trunk or Treat, I'm going to tell people what I am, but they will assume it's just the fun little-girl kind of fairy queen, and I will secretly laugh at them and plan to steal their children. 'Cause that's how I roll.
