I'm interested in maybe trying a nanny share or maybe even having a stay at home mom who is interested watch my child 3ish days a week. An agreeable monthly schedule would be arranged. What are some of your opinions on a fair daily rate/payment from 8-5:30ish? Is this something anyone has tried???? I like the idea of my child being with a stay at home mom rather than a daycare or homedaycare,
