I'm in tears for a dumb reason

I haven't had a night out with a girlfriend since Aiden was born. Yeah, I've gone to get a hair cut or whatever but just me and a girlfriend, dinner and drinks,no. And tonight was going to be the night. Of course, DH got stuck late at work because of a critical system being down and now I can't go. Obviously I'm not mad at him because I know he couldn't help it but I'm in tears (ridiculously) because I was just looking forward to it so much

Pity party of one here :-/

Can you just go late once he gets home? no family that can watch him?

I just feel so silly tearing up over dinner, you know? I guess I didn't realize how much I needed an evening out to myself Hopefully we can reschedule it soon...
