DD keeps gagging herself

This is the 4th or 5th time DD has stuffed her fingers so far into her mouth she has gagged and then puke a little.  WTH!  Is anyone else's LO doing this or does anyone have any advise?  I guess eventually it'll pass but geez...

it will pass.  Is she teething much?  Jack does this when his molars are hurting him.
