Head shaking (like he's saying no)

Does anyone's toddler shake their head no at random times? Like, just be sitting on the floor with a toy and then start shaking their head from side to side?

LO does a one sided shoulder shrug when he gets upset or doesn't want to do something.

DS sometimes shakes his head no for no reason.  He also says the word no for no reason.

Maybe the toy was wasn't doing what it was supposed to do so he told him no.  Kids and their imaginations
