diaper rash help

my DD has a nasty diaper rash (first time). we use BG 3.0s. any suggestions for clearing up her rash?? thanks!

    It could be one of several things: detergent type (switch detergents), buildup on the CDs (strip), yeast (may need medical intervention and bleach on the CDs), being in the CDs too long at any one time (more frequent changing), introduction of a solid that doesn't agree with her (switch foods), etc.
