We've had a streak of home cooking going for the last 10 days, so we're ordering wings for dinner with yummo fries.
If you want to do something you could pop some wings in the oven for 30 to 45 min and sauce'em up with butter and hot sauce. Slice up some carrot and celery w/ bleu cheese, and pop open a cold one. Ummmmm!
We are going to MIL's too, but I made a super easy meal the other night. I went to visit my Godparents in FL and they made it. Sundried Tomato Chicken. I don't have measurements though, but here are the ingredients:
Jar of sundried tomatoes
Can of cannellini beans
Thin boneless breast chicken cut into small pieces
Olive oil
Rosemary
Salt & pepper
Wash and cut chicken. Place a couple of tsp of olive oil in a pan on the stovetop. Cook chicken till outsides are browned. Add in salt, pepper, rosemary, sundried tomatos and beans. Cook for about 10 more minutes. I am not a bean person, but DH is and he LOVED it.

DH and I are on Jenny Craig. I'll probably make fajitas with extra peppers and some added pico de gallo even though pdg doesn't belong on fajitas. Chocolate martinis for desert:)

Who says that pico isn't for fajitas? This is what I've eaten all my life. We actually ate this on our fajita burritos last Saturday.
Re: What's for dinner?
No help here. We're taking MIL out to dinner in DC with us tonight. We're going to Casablanca. It's traditional Moroccan.
