? about BG OS AIO and stay dry liners ...

So I currently have the BG OS AIO (elementals). I really really like them expect that the wetness stays up against his skin! So I did a little googling and it seems I could get some fleeces liners or some stay dry liners? Is this right? What kind would you recommend? I don't want a ton of bulk. I saw BG stay dry liners and doublers ... not sure which to get!
