Our neice's first birthday party is this Sunday and even tho I could spend that time doing other things, I'm going to bite the bullet and take Urijah. (Long story......)

Even though DS has a cold virus and the pedi says he's still probably contagious, I want to take him to his class Halloween party this afternoon if he feels up to it. I think he would really enjoy it. One of those snot-nosed little kids gave him the virus in the first place, so I don't feel that bad about taking him back there. Embarrassed

Mine is more of a vent than a confession. Unless I think of one.

I went out some girlfriends last saturday. DH took Ds to a friends to watch the game. Friend lives next door to MIL so he leaves DS there for an hour or so. When he went to get him DH was hugging Lo and gave him a big kiss. He told his Mom who would have thought I would be this way. He is crazy about his baby!

She says "I never thought you would even pick him up to hold him." He was so hurt. He is still talking about a week later. She knew he didn't want kids, but give him a little credit. At least he knows now why I get so offended by her. That was uncalled for though. He is a great Dad.
