Has it been reported? They don't check everything, so it usually has to be reported for action to be taken.

e-stabbing is against TOS.  I did my time and I have been rehabilitated. There is no more shanking a ho or stabbing a b1tch because that wopuld just be wrong.  And bannable.

That's probably what happened.  She started a thread to the mods but maybe they don't look at the threads right away unless it has been reported.
