Requesting a Grey's spoiler
I missed all but the last 15 minutes of GA last night. What did I miss--are Callie & Arizona really leaving the show?

Arizona got a really prestigous grant but she has to move to Africa to accept it (she applied for it when she was new to Seattle Grace, before she was in a relationship with Callie). They had a big fight about it early in the episode, but in the end Callie decided to go with her. I hope they aren't leaving the show for good too!
What else? Karev talked all about how he doesn't like kids on the documentary but then went above and beyond the call of duty to care for a young girl whose mom lived/worked too far from the hospital to stay with her while she was there. He built the girl a new trachea and then when she was better she asked him to come to her school to talk about it.
I liked the part about the double arm transplant. That couple (the recipient and his wife) seemed like such a cool couple. When the doctors told him that one of the arms had the name "Nicole" tattooed on it, it didn't phase either of them. Later he decided to have "Thank you" tattooed on the arm right above "Nicole" (Nicole was the donor's wife).
