  • He was taking his first steps around 11 months and now at 12 months he is basically fully walking

  • Allie's not walking yet but her brother took his first steps at 11 months and started fully walking a few days after his first birthday. I expect Allie to start a little earlier as she has done everything (rolling, sitting, crawling, etc) about a month and a half earlier than JD did..... we shall see!

  • DD took her first steps a couple of weeks ago. She walks a little further and a little more each day so I think she'll have it down in a couple of weeks.

  • She took her very first unassisted steps on Sept 8th so 2 days shy of 8 months.  She still isn't a full time walker but I am amazed all the time by how much more she walks each day.

She doesn't walk at home as much in a way because our home is so small she doesn't need to walk without holding on really.  I take her places all the time so she can practice.  Also, she holds my hand and walks all the time: going into the gym, walking into the grocery store, at the pool, etc

  • She took her first independent steps (like 1 or 2) right around 10 months, but really started walking on her own last week, so just shy of 11 months.
