question for bakers...

i rarely bake and dont know much about it.  i was going to make muffins tonight and the recipe calls for "all purpose baking mix".  is this something in stores or something perhaps from the brand i got the recipe from? im at a loss....help!

hmmm....they could mean Bisquick.

Look for Jiffy Baking Mix.  Blue box in the baking supplies aisle.
