I do every Wednesday and Friday, sadly I clean, do laundry and run errands. DH and I do meet for lunch on Friday, but it is just so much easier to get things done that need to be done without the kids.
I get 4 hours to myself every Monday and Wednesday (it's spoiling me, because our school is closed next Monday and I'm kinda ticked, ha!), and I have had a lot of breakfasts and lunches with friends It really helps get me through the week! Aside from that, I run errands, clean the house, do laundry, grocery shop, and if I'm feeling sick/tired from being pregnant that day I might even take a nap.
Go shopping, get a pedicure, go to the bookstore and get a good book and start it there, see a movie, sneak in while DS is napping and take a nap while the sitter stays the normal time....still a lot to do
I get 2 hours to myself twice a week and I spend that time running, then running errands afterwards, all stinky and gross, because like someone else mentioned, it's way easier to get that mundane stuff down without them.
5 hours? Run. Shower, get dressed nicely. Do a few errands and then go get a book and some coffee and read. Meet some friends for lunch. Even take a nap if I was especially tired that day.
Re: You have 5 hours to yourself in the middle of the day...
Catch up with friends (yes I do have them) from the basement, of course, via email and facebook
style my hair and apply good makeup
go shopping and run errands
see how normal I really am? LOL
You take my ovaries, I take your yarns.
I wish I knew what that was like.
I'd probably clean, do laundry and then follow that up with a long, uninterrupted shower.
Tomorrow is my last day at my job and I took a half day. Ian is at daycare and Max is home with the sitter. So I can't go home.
Oh and DH is out of town and all of my friends are working. Sad how I don't plan for this in advance...

Me with my littlest.
I first would be shocked that would ever happen.
Since it's never (and I mean, never) happened, I can't even begin to think what I would do.
