Okay, go!
...and when I say tons I means TONS!
A friend made her own cranberry vinaigrette once and it was delish! I'm not sure what the recipe was, but here is one that sounds like what it might have been. And ditto on freezing them.

I don't have recipes, but I do like to decorate with them! Throw them in a clear glass vase, with seasonal flowers out the top. So pretty.
Ideas for cranberry decor (usually for the winter time...) found at this link

Cranberry Salsa
1 pkg cranberries (so however much you think would be in a pkg??)
1 cup chopped green onions
1cup chopped fresh cilantro
2 chopped jalepenos (take out seeds if you don't want it too hot)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon lime juice
3/4 cup sugar
2 8oz pkgs cream cheese
-Combine all chopped ingredients in bowl and mix
-Add Olive Oil, lime juice, and sugar to chopped mix just before serving.
-Put cream cheese on serving plate and top with the salsa mix.
-Eat with tortilla chips
It is sooo good! I think I am heading to the store now!
