I just read the FFFC about BLW

And earlier today I posted a ? about my baby not eating on his own...

he is EIGHT months old...not 6

I admit it was a silly question after I re-read it but I was just asking...

I admit, it is very popular now but I like the idea, that's why I tried it!

I don't even know if that was about me but I had to put this out there

    Meh. It was already established it was a dumb misinformed statement. I love BLW, but because im paranoid about him not get enough from gumming on tomatoes, I give B purees too. I make them myself using all organic so at least it has no preservatives.

    LOL.  It's alright, the book says they generally don't start equating hunger with solid food until 8 or 9 months, up until then it's mostly practice and most parents see their baby really start eating around 9 months.  Don't feel bad, people on 3-6 post all the time about starting fruits/veggies etc at 5 months and "how do I get them to eat it??" because their baby isn't interested.  I think those posts are sillier.

    Ah ok thanks :) He had not eaten solids for a while because he got sick then I figured try BLW since he loves to feed himsef mum mums and cheerios... So far we are 1 for 2, lets see how tonight goes

    Oh i see... Anyway, I hate snarky haters that are OBVIOUSLY poking at certain people and hide it as UOs or FFFC's... sigh
