My insurance company had me switch from Yaz to the generic form of yaz, which I assumed is the exact same thing. I switched over when my last pack of yaz ran out last month and yesterday over half way through my new pack I spotted which now has me wondering was I stupid not to use a back up method?

    The only thing i can say is what my bff said about yaz.  the generic is not the same and gave her problems with spotting too.  she was not happy with generic... good luck to you.
