what r u getting grandparents for xmas?

Just curious are you getting things related to LO like photo calenders or what not or are you getting them actual gifts not related to LO?  I am not sure what to do.

I'm sure we will get them some regular gifts but we are having LOs pictures made next month for his first bday/Christmas pictures and since we are a little tight on money this year we will be giving those in some nice picture frames.  I would probably do more than this but we have the grandparents and five sets of great-grandparents so it gets to be a little much.

I have thought about doing a calendar for them of LO's first year.  I thought it would be neat to start with her Newborn pic from last January for this January and then match up pics from each month.  I am also going to get them a little something from DH and I.

I'm with PP--I'll likely do a calendar and maybe something else "from" LO (grandparent ornament or something), and then get them adult gifts from DH and I.

i stopped buying big gifts for everyone years ago but i do try and do/give something. i just picked up an ornament kit (snowflakes) that has a spot for a picture. i'll be making these with a pic of Sabrina and giving to family.
