So what is everyone's DC going to be this year? Are you/DH dressing up?

DD is going to be a cowgirl (her random choice. Not sure where she came up with it!)

DS is going to be yoda (my nephews are Darth Vader & a Storm Trooper)

DS has 2 costumes (hi, I'm a first time mom that is going a little halloween crazy Smile ) haha both were like $4 from OUAC and Good Will he will be either a giraffe or a penguin depending on the weather

I am maybe going as a cat? I dunno I am lame and have no motivation to be creative and DH never dresses up

Ayden = Monkey

We are going to our first (I know right) Halloween party on Saturday. DH will be a Doctor. (Dr. Ken U. Spreademwide - no lie that is what the badge says on the lab coat he bought. Funny thing is his name is Ken.) I'm not sure what I will be yet. DH wants me to be a nurse.

Love the Yoda costumes! Ayden was Yoda last year and Kellen was Darth Vader. Very cute!!

Charlotte is going to be a witch, green face and all. I have a cute NB monkey outfit for Asher but I am beginning to think he won't be here by then....grrr. If I am still pregnant I guess I'll go as a giant pumpkin, LOL.

Allie is going as a ladybug. It's kind of a costume I threw together from things we had at home (except the wings), though, so I'm not sure everyone will know what she is. I'm a bad Halloween Mom.

Jonah's going to be a penguin, too! He was given a penguin hooded fleece sleeper as a gift before he was born (because his nursery is penguin-themed). The size is 9 months, and Jonah's on the hefty side so it's a bit "snug", but hey, free costume!

CJ is going to be a dog. More specifically "Odie" from the Garfield cartoon. Yes my real dog is also named (and looks like) Odie from Garfield. I thought it would be cute and yes I know I need help Stick out tongue

DD is going to be a cat...mostly because she can say "meow, meow."

I don't think DH or I will dress up although DH has invited all of our neighbors over for ToT so maybe we should. Hmmm...

Justin is going to be Buzz Lightyear. He absolutely cannot wait.

Tyler has two costumes. One is an Indian (as in American Indian) costume that my mom made 15 years ago for my oldest nephew. Justin wore it too so I want Tyler to wear it.

ToT is on Saturday in our neighborhood, so I think on Halloween Sunday Tyler will dress up in his vampire costume that I got at OUAC (waaaaay cute).

I have a pair of black cat ears and a tail that I'm going to wear. DH will dress up as a dad (ha ha).

We are wavering between dressing DD up as a hipster and a fairy. We don't have wings - they don't seem to make them in her size. If all else fails I bought a frog sleeper and she'll be a frog.

I am also a bad halloween mommy.

C is going as a Reds baseball player, specifically Johnny Bench. I made him the jersey using a red shirt and iron-on letters and numbers. He's wearing grey baseball pants, tall red socks, and a Reds hat.

DH and I don't dress up, even though I secretly want to.

Ellie is going to be Minnie Mouse. She asked me this morning if she could wear her "Minnie tutu" today, actually. She loves it.

When we were at Disney World, we went to a Halloween thing at Magic Kingdom, so I got a pumpkin shirt from Target, so I guess I will wear that. DH, unfortunately, will be going as an on-duty police officer. He has never had Halloween off, so he has not gotten to Trick-or-Treat with Ellie. Sad

DS is going as a vampire.

I'm not planning to dress up, but I'm sure MH will be dressed as a prison inmate this Halloween. Stick out tongue

Ethan is going to be Woody from Toy Story. It is his fave and he loves wearing his costume! I scored a Gymboree cowboy hat at OUAC for $2 and it looks super cute with his costume. The costume itself is sweatshirt material and then the Woody outfit is printed on the outside, so I was very happy find something that was not paper thin

We are going to let her go door to door until she is over it. I am not sure what to expect. Are you planning to go out too? You are welcome to go with us. I just can't guarantee it will last more than 15 minutes this year. But my kiddo has been known to surprise me.
