Do La La Loopsy dolls do anything?

I saw them at Target and they look cute and the box is cute, but is it just a big plastic head and small body that doesnt really do anything?

I just posted almost the same thing a couple of days ago. No, they don't do anything. My DD got one for her bday from my sister and likes it a lot, but the body can't even support the head. I don't get it in the least.

Our Target had a ton, but for $25, DD doesnt even know what they are so I wondered if there was more to them
