I've never used Etsy before so I was hoping somebody could help me here. I had placed an order on Monday night for a sesame street invite for DS's 1st Birthday. The seller's site indicates she has a 48 hour turn around (but she said she's normally faster than that). By 5 I still didn't have my proof so I sent her an email. She replied about an hour later saying "I'll have the proof to you later tonite". I still haven't gotten it. Do I keep contacting her? Is there anyway for me to get my money back? Do I give her till like 5 today? I'm very frustsrated as the party is is on November 27th. I would like to get these invites out. Sorry if this is stupid but I don't even know how to get my money back, I'm new to Etsy.

I don't know how to deal with disputes on Etsy but I would harass the crap out of her till I:
A- Get my money back
B- Get what I paid for
C- Hear a valid excuse as to why it's taken so long along with an apology
