I have a lawyer!

And I like her alot. I should be filing for a temporary hearing reguarding child support and custody sometime after the first of november. So even though I may not get any money, the order will be there.

    That's good that you like her a lot. Mine is ok but she is free so that is a plus. Even if he doesn't pay it will accrue and follow him forever.

    Good for you!  Even though it's expensive, IMO it's essential.  I am glad you like her!

    And as far as the order: it will follow him.  You will get some satisfaction knowing that.
