sciatica AFTER birth?

I didn't have sciatica during my pregnancy, but since I had my c-section, I've developed pain in my butt/down my left leg.  It's not really bad just sitting there or anything, but every time I need to get up off the couch, I have pain in my butt and down my leg... feels like a pinched nerve.  Then today I decided to get out in the nice weather and take the dog for a short walk, and even though I wasn't really having the pain in my butt or down my left leg, I noticed my left foot was starting to tingle and felt like it had fallen asleep.  Think this is something to call the OB about, or my PCP?

I had horrible sciatic pain after I had Leo. My on had me alternating ibprofin and Tylenol. Eventualy it did go away. It couldn't hurt to talk to your ob.
