I understand that it is early and that if my doc was concerned he would have said something...BUT After 3 days of stims, my e2 was 225, today after 5 days of stims it was only 343. The ultrasound showed somewhere around 14 follices ranging from 7-10mm. Any reassurance that this e2 level is ok--i really thought it would have been higher....
Last fresh cycle in May, my e2 dropped at one point and then went back up. IMO, I think that was indicative of poor egg quality and I really dont want that to happen again.
Re: Need reassurance regarding e2 levels on stims--again..
Our beautiful son was born July 2008.
2010: 2 IVF's,1 FET = 2 BFN's, 1 c/p
Feb 2011-Unmedicated FET= BFP!! DS #2 born Oct 2011!!.
My 2 cents as a non-IVFer. First I think slow and steady is good not bad as pp said. Second I think it is better to have 14 all at the same size and a low e2 level because none of them are mature than to have a high e2 level with a bunch at 7-10 mm and then only one or two that are around 15-17mm. Because if the later happened you would get much fewer eggs and have ER sooner. So that is my hope for you, to slow and steady get to a higher e2 number and have all 14 folicles mature at the same time so that you get more eggs.
