95% sure they're fraternal and yet...

 My DH still gets them mixed up I've been able to tell them apart from day 1. I think Oliver (on the left) looks like a little old man-bird and Sam just looks like a little old man. Sam is really laid back and he'll sleep through a feeding if I let him but Oliver makes sure he eats every 2-3 hours. Sam hates being swaddled, he busts out of even the tightest swaddle so I just put him in the halo swaddle without the blanket part. Oliver loves being swaddled. They get up 3-4x a night which is exhausting and I cannot wait until they are STTN!

They look identical in your picture!  We keep going back and forth about ours.  Right now, I say ID and DH says fraternal.

what makes you think they are fraternal ? they look ID to me in the siggy pic

do you know their blood types? my twin's were different - so we knew 100% they were fraternal- even thoguh they look NOTHING alike - it was stil good to have proof.

Well, they were di/di and that's pretty much the only reason I think they are fraternal. I agree they do look a lot alike. I think we may do the twin zygosity test in a few months if they continue to look so similar. As for their blood types - this is the weird part. They are the same but different from my four other kids who all have the same blood type. The twins are O positive and the rest of my kids are O negative.

Isn't it funny how their personalities are soooo different?  Even that early?  Our boys have always been completely opposite.  Sam is the most chill baby on the planet, and Luke is beyond hyper and needy.

It's fun to watch them become their own little people. Oh, and how cute you have a Sam and Luke too. My Luke is 18 months old and crazy busy!
