Prog levels & dpo

I was trying to tune out my cycle a little this month, so I didn't OPK or keep track of much.  OB's office told me my progesterone level was 3.4 last Wednesday....which I'd think would have made me 1 DPO that day, & 8 DPO today.  I'm sure I'm overthinking this & there's no way to know for sure what dpo I was.  If I'm right, we had damm good timing, even with a late O.

Yeah, but it's supposed to be taken at 7DPO.  My dumb OB's office insists that it's done between CD21-25 even if you know your O date is off from normal.  They want to see it above 15 on a medicated cycle, 10 non-medicated.  But I know I ovulated late, so it's not really an accurate 7DPO prog level.  Does my rambling make any sense?

Yeah, pretty sure it's time to move onto a RE.  I've been putting it off b/c it's going to be all OOP.  Fvck.
