do your kids eat? What sort of variety do they get.
I really try to get the kids a wide variety of fruits and veggies each week, but I feel like we are in a rut. Basically, the kids get apples, bananas, berries (frozen or fresh), tomatoes, peas, corn, carrots, green beans, and broccoli.
I tried to get DS to eat edamame, but he wasn't having it. DD likes it. Tried to get DD to eat red peppers, but she wasn't having it. DS likes it.
Do you have any suggestions on how to get more variety or get them to try some new ones? (and I am not the sneaky chef-type unfortunately).

David "BD" 2/8/07 Spencer 9/12/11Veggies: Asparagus, broccoli, sweet red bell peppers, sweet potatoes, carrots, green beans, celery, baby corn in stir fries, tomatoes, cooked cabbage in soups, butternut squash, white potatoes, corn on the cob. That's really about it, I think (they won't eat peas, edamame, lettuce, eggplant, zucchini, cauliflower or any other veggie that comes to mind.)
Fruit: Oranges, apples, cherries, strawberries, mango, banana, pineapple, plums, pears, raspberries, peaches...any fruit, really. I can't think of a single common fruit that they won't eat.
