Did you find that betabase was an accurate predictor of how many babies you were carrying? My first 3 betas were closer to singleton average, but my 4th beta was closest to the twin number. My u/s is next week so I was just curious about your experiences! Thanks!
After 3 years, 3 losses, and 3 IVF's, our little girls have arrived!

My numbers were WAY above the twin median for beta base, and I'm having twins.
A friend who did IUI had numbers even higher than me and is having a singleton, but I did IVF and she did IUI. Not sure if that would affect beta#s
my numbers were above the range for twins and I've just got a singleton in there. My RE even told me to prepare for more than one!
I personally think that progesterone numbers can be more of an indicator of multiples than hcg numbers.
I agree with this - my beta numbers were in the trips range and I'm having 3 but my progesterone was through the roof, somewhere above 150 (can't remember exactly now). I also think a very quick beta doubling time is a bit of a hint too.
My betas were above the range for triplets and I was pregnant with triplets.
Like Monty, my progesterone was sky high. My RE believes that progesterone levels are a better indicator of multiples than betas.
Mine we in between...so we thought it could go either way (singleton or twins). Both have measured ahead of schedule from the very beginning, so they weren't slow growers.
Good luck!

My progesterone was low enough they had me up my PIO. My doubling times weren't overly fast (300 something to 900 something in 3 days.)
