Name help please!

DH and I can not decide between these 3. Our last name is not Scott, but it is similar and we want to make sure the name sounds right with our last name. Thanks!

ETA: We are sticking with Jean for a middle name. It is my mother's middle name and we really want to honor her by using it.

    I like Riley and Penelope but unless there is a reason why you are set on using Jean as a middle name, I would dump it.  I wanted to use Jean for a middle name because that is my grandmother's name but it just made everything wind up sounding hillbillyish.

    Hmmm.. none of the names are really my style, please don't take this the wrong way, but the Rileys and Marleys I know are dogs... Penelope reminds me of the movie where Christina Ricci has the pig nose... Penny is cute though.

    I think Riley for a girl is a little too trendy. Marley and Penelope are adorable! I voted for Marly because I think it sounds slightly better with Jean but they are both good choices.

    I think Riley is for a boy unless it was your maiden name, I wouldn't use it on a girl. The rest of your names are great!
