Hi! My LO never latched on and after much time and $$$ to a LC, I have been pumping for him. I am nearing the end of my rope with pumping and plan to start weaning back this weekend and expect to be totally off the pump about two weeks after that. So, we will be transitioning LO to formula. I saw a few posts down people mentioning not pre-rinsing/scraping EFF diapers. Is that true? I know I can just throw the EBF diapers straight into the wash but for some reason I thought I would need to start scraping or spraying or something when we switch to FF. Which is it?

    FF makes the poop more ploppable. E's looks like play doh now so i plop and toss it in the pail. If its a bad one I'll dunk and swish. We'll be starting solids in a month or so... not sure how bad that will be.

    DD has been EFF, and I never did anything different until she started solids. I just tossed them in the wash and everything worked fine.

    I supplemented for 3 months, then she was EFF.  I never did anything to the diapers, just threw them in the pail & wash poop and all, never had a problem and I don't have any stains at all.
