I want to make my own hemp inserts...or even other types (if you can, im not even sure)

how do I make a hemp insert? how many layers? I know I have to serge the edges, so thats not big deal, and I was just going to use my large joys hemps as patterns.

any help would be appericated !!!

I've kind of made hemp inserts. They were snap in soakers for some fitteds. I got hemp fleece. Since they were going directly next to DS's skin I decided to top them with cotton velour but I don't think that's really necessary. I used 4 layers of hemp and 1 of cotton velour. All I did was cut them out and serge around the edges.

ETA: I just remembered that I used 4 layers for the overnight diapers and 2 for the day time diapers.

thank you! I have pockets so I am not overly concerned about adding anything to it...how much does hemp fleece run? thank you!
