Seriously? *seriously?* SERIOUSLY?
That thread really upset me. It goes to show you how selfish some people are, and how they take for granted ONE healthy pregnancy.
Elizabeth is supposed to come home on Friday, and has gained 6 oz. this week! What type of outfit did you bring your LO home in if they had wires/machine?
Re: Trying for twins
Great weight gain.
Emma came home at just under 6lbs and on a heart rate monitor. She wore only sleepers and pants outfits with snaps to account for the cords. She was on the monitor for a month after we brought her home. If you look in my blog for Dec 2009 you can see her coming home. We did manage to get her in a dress for the holidays and taped the cords to her tights.
GL!! I am not sure what type of machine your DD will be on but if it is a heart rate/breathing one and you have any questions, let me know.

My girls didn't come home with cords, but J did come home in a harness for hip dysplasia. We dealt with plenty of clothes and cords during their NICU stay though, and snap sleepers were the thing that worked best for us for both the cords and the hip harness. J lived in cute sleepers for the first 2 months of her life since pants were impossible with the harness and it was too cold for a dress. We loved (and still love) the Carters sleep'n'play sleepers- so many cute ones!
