Posting help and I'm a NEWBIE!!! Hi :o)

I'm probaby asking a question that a million others have asked, I don't know how to get my tickers to show up on my posts... I have created tickers for my personal page but I can't figure out how to get them onto here... I'm kinda new to the posting thing...

I'm 18wks 1day and having a GIRL.  I have been married for 4 yrs and we have a son who just turned 3!!! We live in the panhandle (FWB area) for only a year now - moved from NY.
