So Hungry!

Does anyone else have this problem?  I am constantly hungry, but nothing really appeals to me.  I literally am doubling over in pain because I am so hungry, especially at 3 in the morning.  I wake up because I am so hungry.  I try to stuff myself before bed, but it does nothing.  I don't know whether this is normal or not.  When I wasn't pregnant I also had this problem where I would eat a full meal and literally be starving an hour later.  Maybe its my metabolism?  Anyways anyone have any foods that they eat before bed to get them through the night?

  • I can't help you from experience with the eating before bedtime question but I completely understand the "nothing appeals to me" problem. Other than this morning's craving for olives, everything I eat, or want to eat, just doesn't do it for me. Even if I crave something and I eat it, it doesn't taste as fantastic as I imagined it. 

    For me, I'm starving from 6am to about 1pm and after that it's a battle to eat so I try to stuff as much in as I can during that time period.

    How about some protein closer to bed? Scrambled egg on toast or something?
