Nursery poll: If you have cherry furniture, what color are...

-Your chair rails
-Ceiling fan

(can't decide if we should do white or cherry...I'm thinking white chair rails and cherry wood ceiling fan)

I only like wood ceiling fans on high seilings. On a lower ceiling, I'd always go with white. It's more versatile since it's closer to eye level. Just my 2 cents:)

Thanks. That's what I was thinking too. I think a wood fan would def make the room look / feel smaller

we have cherry ceiling fan and the metal on it is brushed nickel.  It looks beautiful in the rooms and It pops really nice.   Im not a fan of white fans.

we dont have chair rails in the bedrooms.

Chair rail needs to match your trim, not your furniture. If you baseboards, door frame, and window trim are white, you would go with white. If they are some other color, you'd go with that. Doing anything else would look strange and inconsistent.

We have cherry furniture and white woodwork throughout our house.  I don't have chair rails, but if I did they would be white to match the woodwork.  No ceiling fan.
