Another stink question

I hang dry all my diapers but put the inserts in the dryer and when I opened the dryer today it almost knocked me out with the smell. It is not ammonia or barn more of like a still pee smell? I put all plus some dirty s in the washer did a rinse and am now doing a hot soak with RG 2 tbsp and will leave them and then rinse them all twice do you think that will help? What causes this stink so I don't have to deal with it anymore?
