Pictures--I need to download them still....I can't find our cord to teh computer! GAH!
And the tissue things....SUPER easy.
Stack 8-10 or so pieces of tissue paper (less will be less poufy, but more will be hard to seperate).
Start at one end and fold fan style. So then you have one long skinny accordian folded tissue. In the middle of the strip, take a pipe cleaner and tighten it around to hold the folds in place.
Then trim the edges either curvy or pointy.
Then carefully one piece at a time pull the papers apart to poof it up.
