Wall-E and Up.  Up I don't even consider a kids movie because the theme is far too adult for a kid to get.

Up both my kids love it heck they love anything pixar, but I think it is too over the top sad!

Happy Feet. Something about the female penguins looking like they have breasts really creeps me out.

I can barely sit through 5 minutes of any kids show, so I REALLY can't take movies. I'd have to say Cars because of all the engine noises.

I thought I would hate WALL-E, but I like it.  DH and I didn't like Happy Feet, and we weren't too keen on Polar Express either. ETA: Or Hornton Hears a Who. DS hasn't even seen that one.

Happy Feet IS disturbing.  And there is a lot of suggestion in it for it to be a kids movie.
